Woofington’s Luxury Dog Stay will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or event regarding your pet as a result of any information not supplied by you.
All dogs must have current vaccinations for the duration of their stay including:
You must send through a photo of your dog’s vaccination booklet or official records from a veterinarian as proof of vaccination before arriving at Woofington’s. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet we believe is not fully vaccinated or suffering from a contagious condition.
NO VACCINATION = NO BOARDING. We have no exceptions to this rule. This helps protect your dog and other dogs from the risk of spreading or catching harmful diseases.
All dogs must be in good health. On entry to Woofington’s, all dogs must be free from any contagious illnesses that could be passed on to other guests. We will not admit any dog that we believe to be a risk to the other animals in our care.
Please do not bring your dog to Woofington’s if he or she has diarrhoea, a cough, vomiting, fever, worms, fleas, or has exhibited any signs of a contagious or infectious disease or illness
While every care and attention is given to all pets in our charge we do not accept responsibility for any loss, accident or illness that may occur during your pet’s stay. When your pet stays with us we take every precaution to ensure their health, happiness, safety & wellbeing. Should your pet become unwell we will endeavour to contact you. We will also contact your own vet or contact our vet for advice on the action to be taken. You will be asked to pay the cost of any veterinary fees & treatment. Please ensure we have your own veterinarian’s details. In the event of your pet presenting with a contagious illness or becoming too unwell to continue with their stay, we will request that either you or your emergency contact come and collect your pet.
If your pet has an existing medical condition it is crucial that we are made aware of this in advance. Any medication that is required should be supplied with clear instructions on administration. Ensure that there is sufficient medication for the length of your pet’s stay.
We provide food for your pets during their stay. If your dog requires specific food or is on a veterinary diet, you are welcome to bring your dog’s own food. Please provide enough for the duration of their stay and make sure it is well labelled with your dog’s name and instructions.
Please ensure your pet has been treated for fleas and worms before visiting us. If we find your pet is infected, we will treat and charge any costs to your account with us. Let us know on arrival if your pet has had a previous allergic reaction to flea treatment.
Your pet is welcome to bring familiar bedding and toys. Please ensure they are permanently labelled with your surname as we do wash bedding etc frequently. We reserve the right to remove the pets own bedding if it becomes unsafe.
Please note that we do not accept bean filled bedding of any kind. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any items you leave with us. If toys/bedding are not collected within one month of last visit it may be disposed of. Please ensure upon arrival at Woofington’s your dog has a lead or harness until we have settled them into their kennels.
All dogs utilizing our kennels must be non-aggressive. If your dog has shown behavioural issues with another dog in-between visits to our kennels, you need to inform us of this. We reserve the right to:
Woofington’s offers a communal environment in the exercise runs. You accept the positive benefits and potential risks involved when your pet stays with us.
It is preferred that all dogs are neutered by one-year-old. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis, this will be at the sole discretion of Woofington’s.
Christmas Holiday bookings between 1st December and 31st January will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to be paid no later than 1st November. The deposit will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled or for non-arrival. For reservations during all holiday periods, once confirmed by payment of the deposit, we will charge for all days booked, irrespective of late drop offs or early collection.
Any cancellations during the April, July and October school holidays, long weekends and Public holidays must be made 7 days ahead of boarding commencement. Failure to do so will involve a minimum cancellation fee of $50 per dog.
Payment in full is to be made prior to your pet leaving Woofington’s, we do not run accounts. Payment can be made with cash, cheque or eftpos. Sorry we do not accept credit cards. We also accept payment by internet banking - account details will be given on request. These funds need to have been cleared before collection, please bear in mind processing delays with your bank during public holidays.
