All dogs must have current vaccines against Distemper, Parvovirus, Canine Hepatitis, and Kennel Cough.
Current vaccination certificates must be presented upon arrival.
All immunisations must be completed a minimum of 14 days prior to boarding.
Animals are required to be de-wormed and de-flead prior to arrival. Please Note: if fleas or worms are noticed the appropriate treatment will be given at an additional charge.
NO VACCINATION = NO BOARDING. We have no exceptions to this rule. This helps protect your dog and other dogs from the risk of spreading or catching harmful diseases.

All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered.
Medications can be administered. (No charge for this service).
If there are any concerns with your pets your own vet will be contacted. If anything needs immediate treatment or attention they will be taken to our vet. Any veterinary fees incurred during a boarder's stay are passed on to the owner.
You are welcome to bring your own blankets (easy to wash is recommended) and toys.
If your dog is on a special diet, you are welcome to bring along their food.
Christmas Holiday bookings between 1st Dec and 31st Jan will require a deposit of 50% to be paid no later than 1st November.
Any cancellations during our busy periods (school holidays/long weekends) must be made 7 days ahead of boarding commencement. Failure to do so will involve a minimum cancellation fee of $50 per dog. Extenuating circumstances may be taken into account.
